Hair: A dark-chestnut brown, it is relatively thick and has a slight wave to it (that he occasionally cultivates with some gel). It is the exact same length, down to the millimeter, of his brother's.
Eyes: Dark "chocolate" brown, of an average shape. He has strangely thick eyelashes that frame his eyes well. He has very good vision, and feels lucky that he doesn't have to wear glasses.
Face: His face is oval-shaped, with a defined jaw line and a straight nose.
Body, include weight and height: He stands at around 6'0", and weighs 160 pounds, of which a small percentage is muscle.

Other: Identical twin to Luke Rosier, so they look extremely similar. There's really no noticable difference between the two of them.

Personality:

Liam, like Luke, was born believing that he, along with his brother, was superior to the rest of the universe. The two have been described as crude and annoying by some of their peers, but Liam finds himself generally apathetic to their opinions of him. He cares very much about his grades, mostly out of sheer obsessiveness. The two are desribed as being exclusive, in the sense that they tend not to involve themselves in the personal lives of others, preferring to finish each other's sentences and live in their own little universe.

Unlike Luke, Liam has a reputation for being more of a 'bad boy'. It's true that he spends the vast majority of his time in detention, and also very true that a few second years run out of their way to avoid him, after certain events that transpired the previous year. He has violent tendencies, and a love for things that are generally hated, although he tends to tone that down around his brother. He is extremely protective of Luke, even though they are practically identical in age, and tends to get slightly jealous when Luke is with other people. Although he would like to have a girlfriend, he doesn't believe it to be a priority, he has all of the companionship he could ever ask for.

History and Details: 2 paragraphs minimum

Cara & Samuel Rosier were not involved parents. Although they showered the twins with everything they would ever want, they tended not to be around enough to have much of an impression on the boys. However, they were raised around the idea of wizardry, and at a very young age, both boys were able to use their abilities, mostly to torture the young muggle children around them. When their Hogwarts letters came, there was no shock, and certainly no fanfare. The brothers, once more, did not mind. They were at this point exceedingly close, completing each other's sentences, reading each other's minds, practically, and this continued into their time at Hogwarts.

Neither had been surprised to be sorted into Slytherin, neither had been surprised that nothing changed in their friendship and brotherhood. A lot of the students ridiculed them, and inevitably, as Liam was the older brother (by only a few minutes), he would hex them into silence, more to protect Luke than himself. The two became known for their academic talent and extreme closeness, and quickly became the favorites of some of their teachers.
