Wolven's train ride was dull and boring, he had gotten a compartment all to himself, something he had done since his first year and would continue to do it until he no longer had to go to Hogwarts. His summer was annoying, everywhere he looked and went he was treated worse and worse as he grew older. The wizard beat him whenever they saw him, and him being underaged, didn't want to use magic or get in trouble, so he let it happen, he endured it, like all the times he had when he was younger.
The werewolf had skipped the Great Hall feast and had skipped the party the night before, that his fellow has were throwing. He had slipped out before the party had even begun, and had gone down to the kitchens to ask the House Elves for something to eat, since he skipped the feast, and they were happy to offer him whatever he wanted. The next day he had done this as well, seeing as he didn't want to take his chances with the crowds, even with most of his house gone. He didn't think he'd be able to deal with the stares seeing as he was rarely seen within the Great Hall at all, and one could usually find him eating outside or in the common room or in his dorm room.
Wolven shook his head softly, as he walked out onto the grounds, enjoying the cold wind as it blew gently through his messy hair, causing his bangs to come and fall into his eyes, obscuring his vision slightly. The 6th year enjoyed being outside, as it was a lovely feeling, or maybe that was the werewolf side of him talking? Because he was beginning to feel the effects of full moon, and it would be hear in eight almost seven days by tomorrow, and he could already feel it zapping his strength right from under his nose, but he knew it would only get worse as the full moon approached. Much to his disdrain. He would need to be sure to drink a wolfsbane potion tonight, since he had already started once he had gotten to Hogwarts.
The werewolf kept walking, at least until he got to one of the overhangs and leaned against the wall. He looked around, ignoring how suspicious he must look, before he reached into the pocket of his Gryffindor robes and pulled out a small glass vile, that held the wolfsbane potion within the clear vile. He pulled off the corkscrew lid and gently placed the vile to his lips, and drank the wolfsbane potion quickly, swallowing the disgusting potion and drinking the last drop. He was so glad he could make the potion with the utmost perfection, because if he screwed up, he could of very well wrought havoc on the school by screwing up the potion. And that would not be good for him or anyone. Wolven shuddered at the disgusting taste that was now left in his mouth, and stuck his tongue out in disgust. "Ew... Gross. God I wish I could sugar to this.... It'd make it taste better..." he muttered as he stuck his tongue back into his mouth. He rolled his eyes to himself. "Adding sugar to the potion it will of render it ineffective..." He said aloud mocking his mother's instructions, even though he knew it was right, as he had tried adding sugar to a wolfsbane potion, and it had caused some very bad things to happen, things he didn't wish to remember right now. His blue eyes darted this way and that, checking to see if anyone was coming his way, before he quickly put the corkscrew back onto the vile and shoved it deep into the pocket of his robes before he removed his hand from his pocket and leaned against the wall, and stared up blankly at the black moonless yet bright white-silver star-filled sky.
He knew he would be having company very soon.

"So, that's why I decided to go with a periwinkle dress instead of a lavender one! I know it was the right choice, right?" a chatty fellow sixth year Gryffindor asked Erica. "I mean, they are completely different in every way! If I had went with lavender-" 'Oh, god. How chatty can one person absolutely be?' Erica thought to herself as she slammed down the tip of her fork into her potatoes. 'It seems like she's been talking to me for hours, no wait, days!' she slide the fork quickly through the potatoes, cutting them apart into small bites. 'I hope she doesn't think I'm listening- oh god, she's still talking!' she tuned in and out with the conversation, now reaching the aspects of how a ponytail is so last year. 'Why Gryffindor? Why couldn't i ahev been put in Ravenclaw for god's sake.' she picked up her fork and slide the bite size of potatoes on to it, and scooped it up into her mouth. 'I blame my family. Year's of Gryffindor's in the linage, I blame poor mating!' she thought as she nce again scooped another bite of potatoes into her mouth. 'Oh go- no, she's still talking-wait, she's turning! Thank Godric!' she watched as the chatty Gryffindor beside her turned towards, new addition to the table and began chatting up a storm with her. Erica saw her chance and took it, as she grabbed her cloak that was laying beside her and vanished from the table and out the Great Hall doors.
"I despise chatty people, so why on earth do they feel compelled to sit near me and tell me about the latest fashion?" she muttered out into the open as she walked further away from the doors, now reaching the middle of the hallway. "I saw a group of Gryffindor's leave earlier, no doubt the common room is bloody full." she scowled. She looked around the abandoned hallway; it seemed so lifeless compared to the noisy and bright Great Hall. Her eyes then averted to the left in her searching and noticed the path leading outside onto the grounds. "Crowded common or peaceful night?" her mind didn't have time to make a choice as her feet were already moving towards the alluring night.
As soon as Erica stepped onto the grassy fields, a burst of wind attacked her whole body. "Well, this is already much better than a stuffy common room." she grinned as she walked further into the night. "I wonder why I never come out here more?" she questioned. "Peaceful. Vast. No one around." at that last statement she did a quick double take of the area, and smiled as she tossed her cloak to the ground, and in one fluid motion kicked off her shoes and jumped across the grounds.
She began spinning as fast as she could across the grass, and laughing while doing so, her eyes closed to everything but the thoughts in her head. She glided faster across the grass, leaped, laughed, and was happy. She stopped to catch her breath and opened her eyes, only to watch them go wide in fear, as she looked onward, and leaning against a wall was Wolven Prince. "O-Oh god." she collapsed to the ground on her hands and knees. "H-He definitely s-saw me j-j-just now." she panicked, as she lept her head lowered to the ground. "Maybe, he didn't see my face!" she said with mouth full of confidence. "Yes! I was moving so fast! There was no way he could have seen me!" she looked up and glanced over at him for any sort of reaction.

Wolven was glad that he could get out of eating in public, the fact that he ate meat for mostly every meal put a lot people off, or at least those who had found him eating in the common room or in his dorm room. Plus his reputation for not being the nicest guy in Gryffinor also made by his lone wolf status since his first year.
The male's slate blue gaze was drawn to the pretty dark brown haired Gryffindor who had seen dancing around the grounds after she had dropped her cloak to the ground and had kicked off her shoes. Wait! Stop!! Back up!!! Had he just called the sixth year pretty? OK maybe he did screw up on the wolfsbane potion after all? Since when did he call random girls he didn't know pretty? Never that's what!
Wolven's lips pulled back into a frown, before he gave the girl a small wolfish smirk, as he saw her on her hands and knees. He pulled out his wand and muttered the levitation spell and made the girl's cloak and shoes float up in the air, and over toward were the girl was kneeling, he lowed his wand, to make the shoes and cloak set gently on the ground, before the girl, known as Erica Grey. Yes he knew her, he had made it his primary goal to know everyone in his house and other houses by face and name, so that encase he ever attacked them in his werewolf form, he'd know who he had attacked, so that he could send them an anonymous apology.
He put his wand back into the folds of his robe. He wasn't being nice. He reminded himself. Being nice wasn't one of his fortes, nor was it something he did when surrounded by people, but on rare occasions he could be nice, like how he had just been. He kicked off the wall and started walking over toward her. He towered over her, he was in fact rather tall, being 5 foot 11 inches in height. He rolled his slate blue eyes and held out his hand for her. "You need a hand, Erica?" He questioned, bending down slightly on his knees, resting his feet on the balls of his heels, so he wasn't towering over her. OK so this was a rare occasion where he was being kind and offering his help to his fellow Gryffindor, leaving him to hope, that she wouldn't use that blackmail him or something with his rare act of kindness.

'He did see me,'she thought as she saw her cloak and shoes appear neatly in front of her. 'This is great. I hate when people see me dance. I get all nervous when this happens.' she glanced up just in time to see him kick off from the wall he was leaning against, and begin walking towards her. Just then, a scream shot through her head from one side to the other in a widespread panic. Whether it be from the fact that someone saw her dance or the fact that someone who knew her, had seen her dance.
She gave one more glance upward, only to see a hand in front of her, and hear a voice say her name. "U-uhm." was all she could come up with, as she stared at his hand. She was completely frozen in place, and everything sentence she thought of didn't make sense, so she had nothing to say. 'Ok, maybe, if I just look at him, I'll gain my composure. Maybe, he just saw me on the ground, right?' she thought as she lifted her head further up from the hand, and into the handsome face.
'Crap. I forgot how nice he looked.' she thought as the first thing she saw was his eyes. She quickly shook her head, 'I'm Erica Grey. Anti-love is my motto!' she nodded, and finally decided to speak. "Th-thanks." she muttered out taking his hand. "Tell me. D-did you happen to, uhm, see any of what just happened?" she sort of blurted out at him in a panicked voice. She had to know whether or not to run away that instant or make up an excuse about being attacked by bee's or something of the flying sort.

Wolven simply waited patiently for her to accept his hand. He couldn't help staring into her eyes, watching for any signs of the general mistrust or disgust on people's faces. After all Wolven Wolfsbane Prince wasn't known for his kindness, in fact he was known for his furious temper and innate lone wolf status. So he wasn't like a Gryffindor... big whoop, He could think of three well known people who weren't at all like their house status. Aisu Oki wasn't very much like a Hufflepuff either, Dome Kingston wasn't much like a Slytherin and Angelo Crest wasn't much like a Ravenclaw either. So there three people who didn't fit their house descriptions, just like he did.
Wolven allowed his lips to twitch up into a small half-smile, when she took his hand, he stood up, pulling her up with him, before he let go of her hand. "You're welcome." He said simply. His voice hadn't really sounded very kind, then again Wolven wasn't very kind to begin with, and that always showed in his voice, even though he had tried not to sound so intimidating.
The werewolf could smell her fear, even without being in his werewolf form. He had to admit though, her stuttering was cute in it's own way. He gave her a little tilt of his head, his brain already working on a way to quill Erica's fears. He decided to play dumb and pretend he saw nothing. He shrugged his shoulders. "Nope. I heard a thump and saw you on the ground. I figured you had fallen or tripped over something, as it is pretty dark out, and it's not that easy to see in front of you." He answered his voice soft and quiet and sounded completely honest although he was really lying, yeah lying for Erica's own good and so she wouldn't feel so upset or whatever. He had already decided to not make things worse on her, and hopefully calm her down a bit, the last thing he wanted was her to run away. Now that would just make him feel bad, and make him think she was scared of him, and the last thing he wanted was to be feared, even if that was just over-imaginative mind speaking.
Wolven decided to change the subject. "So if you don't mind me asking. Why did you come out here? The common room too crowded at this time a night?" He asked changing the subject, so that hopefully things could go better than they were now.

'He's staring at me,' she thought calmly as he pulled her up. 'Probably, because I sound like a nutter of course!' she grimaced at herself. s he let go of her hand, she cautiously stepped back from him, so she wasn't crowding him. He never seemed like the type of person who was seen close to people, of course, that's only what she got from seeing him briefly in class and around the common room. his manner wasn't very kind when spoke again, so the assumption earlier was probably right. 'Of course, he's think's I'm a nutter. I was laying in the grass in the middle of the night!' she berated herself mentally, until her thoughts got jumbled by happy news.
Or at least good news for her, "Excellent!" she blurted out without thinking. "I-I mean. Yeah, I fell. I was walking and I tripped over a rock in the grass. It hurt pretty bad because I wasn't wearing my shoes, so I fell to the ground." she nodded triumphantly. 'Yes, that'll work! That covers me completely. I knew there was no way he saw me dancing, it was obviously too dark for me to be seen.' she sighed with relief. She gave a half-smile towards him, "I guess that's what I get for traveling outside at night!" she laughed a bit. 'Yes, Erica. This plan is going smoothly. As long as we keep on this track we can get away free and be on to a hopefully abandoned area so I can practice.'
She was somewhat startled by the quick change in subject, 'Maybe he didn't care at all about what I was doing,' she pondered somewhat sadly. "I'm not really sure." she said with a straight, kind face. "I was just annoyed by people in the Great Hall, and I had seen a group of Gryffindor's head towards the common room before I left the Great Hall, so I figured it would be crowded." she rambled. "So, I figured I might as well come outside, because I knew it would peaceful and no one else would be out here-" she glanced up at Wolven and smirked. "-Or at least I thought no one would be out here." she looked down quickly, nervous to be looking at his face, and remembered she hadn't out her shoes on yet. She began slipping them on as she gave him the same question, "Why are you out here? If you don't mind me asking?"

Wolven fought off a smirk and a raised eyebrow at her blurted remark of 'great'. Jeez that was so very hard for him to not smirk at, because he was lying his ass off for some short pretty dark brown haired girl, that he had only just met, formally moments ago, after watching her dance. Not that he was going to tell her that, but he had to admit, she was a good dancer, but he was a greater liar, not that being a liar was a great thing, it was just something he used to help out other people so they weren't so nervous or frighted of their secrets being discovered. And he was one of those people who hated it when his secrets were discovered.
He gave her a once over. A lie he knew what he had been told was a lie, but he wasn't about to tell her that, nor call her out on it. He nodded. "Of course it would." he commented, smoothly pretending to believe her. "I take it your not hurt too badly, then?" He questioned, keeping up the act, and at this he couldn't help raising an eyebrow at her.
Wolven was if anything a knight in black armor. As he wasn't the kindest guy around, but he wasn't pure evil either, and he could be a defender if he so chose to act, but he was a werewolf with troubles and problems that he would solve on his own without the help from others, so he kept other's at arms length or farther. He nodded with a small wolfish smirk appearing on his lips again, at her response of "I'm not really sure". "How can you not be sure?" He questioned, before shrugging his shoulders. "However being annoyed by those in the Great hall is nothing new, as they can very loud and annoying at times, so it's natural for people to want to get away and find peace and quiet." he responded with a small shake of his head. He gave her a kinder wolfish smirk. "So sorry to disappoint, My Lady." He said with a mock gentlemen's bow
The werewolf hadn't been expecting the question to be twisted around and thrown back into his face. On the inside he was a bit worried because while his mind raced for an answer, his hands slipped into the pockets of his gryffindor robes, his left hand closing in a gentle-yet-vice-like grip around the small glass vile that had held the Wolfsbane potion. He ignored his shaking hands as he shrugged his shoulders and looked up at the stars, for a moment or two, before he looked down at her again. "It's peaceful out here, who wouldn't want to be out here? As you have probably already guessed. I'm not that much of a people person, because loud and annoying people annoy me, especially those foolish males in our house, it's like they can't take a hint to stop trying to get me to hang out with them, when I clearly don't wish or want to." he said with a shrug of his shoulders. He was far too smooth to be caught off guard and end up telling someone the real reason he was out here. It was really the only place he could take his potion without getting seen or spotted or asked questions he just couldn't answer.

"Oh!" she looked around at herself after she just finished slipping her shoes, to give the intent she was looking for an injury, which she clearly knew she didn't have. "Looks like I'm all in one piece." she nodded. 'How can I lie like this to him?' she thought as her eyes began to wonder downward towards her legs, giving the full idea that she was indeed, checking for an injury. Erica wasn't the type of person to rout right lie to someone, heck, she wasn't one to just talk to people randomly, she usually ignored any type of conversation that people threw at her. But, for some reason, she was still talking to him, and hadn't ignored him once. 'Peculiar.' she let the word flow through her head. 'Is it still possible for him to have seen her? Could he be lying? Why would he lie if he is?' she let the questions play around in her head, and thought best to keep accusations to themselves. It was rare for her to find someone she could talk to that didn't annoy her by the first word they spoke.
"I'm not sure because I'm not sure." she shrugged back at him. "As horrible of an explanation that is, it's the truth." she smirked at his mock bow. "There is no disappointment, I just wanted quiet, and I come out to find a fellow Gryffindor lurking the night." she raised an eyebrow at him, "How suspicious." She knew what she was doing. Throwing questions back at him to keep the safety of her secret to herself and away from others.
"I hope this doesn't sound rude, but-" she smirked. "You really don't seem like a people person at all. I've seen you around the common room avoiding those guys, and I've rarely ever seen you in the Great Hall, in fact, I've never seen you there. I've also seen you in our classes together, usually off to yourself." Once she had said these things, she regretted it. She probably sounded like a stalker to him. 'He'll definitely thing bad of me, who knows, maybe the whole loner thing is a joke, and he's in league with a lot of people. He'll tell them that I act like a stalker, which I'm not, and then I'm ruined forever.' she though upon heavily, almost putting herself in a small depression. 'I'm ruined.'

Wolven watched her, keeping his eyes focused on only her eyes before he looked away. He heard her response and nodded, before he looked back at her. "That's good." He responded, to her response of being in one piece.
The werewolf gryffindor shrugged his shoulders. "Alright." He said giving up in his probing her for how she didn't know if the common room was crowded or not. "Alright, just making sure." Was his simple response. He had to admit, he didn't like how she was asking him questions. They did make him sound very suspicious, and he had been acting very suspiciously, which was something he didn't like, even if he had been acting suspicious before she came out. He really didn't like where this was going. His slate blue eyes darkened slightly at her accusations. "OK now that is really none of your business, little girl... But I did just came out here to enjoy the peace and quiet and cold air. It's so much better than a stuffy common room filled with bodies. And I'm not one for crowds, so that's my reason for coming out here." He answered smoothly, lying again, he didn't mind lying but it's not like he liked it either, but it was the only way to keep himself safe from being found out. He also didn't like how dark his voice had sounded, but he couldn't help getting distrusting when she asked him why he was out here, lurking around at night and then told him how suspicious it was.
Wolven smirked at her. "Well, well, well. Aren't you observant." He as he raised an eyebrow at her. "You sound like a stalker." He responded. He shook his head and withdrew his right hand from his pocket, and ranked his fingers through his hair. "Oh none taken. I'm really not that much of a people person anyway." He said with a shrug of his shoulders. "That's because I don't go into the Great Hall. Too many people... and it's too loud and too crowded, so I don't eat there." He said as he looked down at her. "And there isn't nothing wrong with getting good grades." He responded with a shrug of his shoulders, this topic about the Great Hall and classes had taken a lighter tone, than the dark one he had used with telling her why some things really weren't any of her business knowing.

Erica could tell this conversation had taken on uneasy turn with his new tone of voice. "Little girl?" she questioned. "Last time I checked, we were in the same year." she scowled, harshening her tone as he was deepening his. "You may be taller than me, but that's absolutely no reason for you to call me a little girl." she straighted her gait and folded her arms. She had almost forgotten herself when talking to him, but now with that remark it was time to pull her true self into control. "I think you have no right to put me down like that for a single question that can be asked in any normal situation when one finds a fellow student outside in the middle of night. You could ask me the same question and I wouldn't retort the way you have." she sneered and reached down and made a violent thrust for her cloak.
She turned away from him and made a move to walk away when he was still talking but, she heard the word 'stalker' and it seemed like her brain had detached from her body. 'I knew it. He does think I'm a stalker.' she thought in a worried expression. 'What can I do now?Probably thinks I'm a freak. No! I'm Erica freaking Madelyn Grey! I can bounce back.'
She turned abruptly, not just any kind of turn, a dancer's turn. Graceful yet precise, something that even if he hadn't have seen the dancing earlier, would have given clue to what she was, and pointed sharp finger at Wolven accusingly, "Let's get one thing straight! I'm not a stalker! Observant, yes. Stalker, no." she lowered her arm. She then folded her arms again like earlier, "As for your lack of appreciation for crowds, you're not the only one." she snapped.

Wolven bit back a sigh. OK he had been out of step on that one. Saying that had been wrong and it was time to apologize. He knew he shouldn’t have taken his frustrations and innate fear of her accusations to heart, but he had and now the damage was done. He ranked his right hand through his hair again, he looked at her turned around form. It was now or never. “I’m sorry.” He said honestly, not giving her the reason why, as because that would be telling, and all he wanted to do was apologize and he had.
He closed his eyes and removed his left hand after letting go of the vile in his pocket and he crossed his arms over his chest, his left eyebrow twitching in anger. “That’s not what I said!” He snapped right back at her. “I said you sound like a stalker, not that you are one.” He was quick to say, to defend himself. This was one of the reasons why he hated socializing with people; they put words in his mouth or got the complete wrong idea and he didn’t like that, not at all. He took a small step back, not because he was afraid of her, more because he was getting mad and irate and those two things weren’t a great combination.
Wolven opened his eyes and looked at her, just in time to watch her spin around to face him and he allowed his lips to twitch up at the corners slightly. Yep she was a dancer alright. Despite the fact that he had seen her dancing before, now he was very sure of it. He dropped his arms to his sides and slipped them both back into his pockets. “Maybe we should end this conversation, before someone gets their feelings hurt?” He couldn’t help suggesting. He waited for her response with patience. He didn’t like the fact that this conversation going downhill was his fault, if he hadn’t said what he had said earlier they’d still be having a nice conversation.

Erica shrunk back, "Oh, you did?" she thought back to previous statements and sort of remembered him saying 'sounded'. 'Again. I screwed up.' she hung her head in defeat, as she gripped her hands together in front of her. "You did say sounded." she said quietly. Erica had a big ego, it wasn't easy for her to admit she was wrong, that she had just gotten angry over something that was taken the wrong way, and it was her fault. "I'm sorry." she said in a whisper of a voice. "I tend to overlook and ignore things sometimes. I jumped accusations." This was completely killing her inside, it felt like she was falling apart and begin sinking a little farther into a depressive state.
She saw his expression after when she had turned, 'How obvious. You did see me earlier.' her eyes narrowed slightly. 'He isn't laughing or criticzing me though.' she thought calmy. 'Maybe, it's fine if one person can know I'm a dancer?" she let the thought play around in her head. 'What if he can't keep a secret?' she looked up for the first time, from the ground and stared at him for minute, recalling their conversation, about him saying he's not a people person. 'I think it will be safe with him.' she let loose a small smile.
"No!" she blurted out. "I-I mean. If you want to leave and end the conversation, fine." she shuffled her feet and looked down at the grass, before collapsing to her knees, then pulled them around in front of her and hugged them to her chest. "We just aren't the kind to socialize." she put her face into her knees and grinned. "You're a loner and I'm a complete nutter." her grin turned into a small chuckle.

Wolven raised an eyebrow at her, now she apologizing? Jeez they had really gotten themselves into a very complicated conversation. “It’s alright.” He responded to her apology and to her response after her apology. Glad that he had managed to calm down, so he wouldn’t fly off the handle again, like he had done before.
He allowed himself to drift into his own thoughts for a few minutes. He wasn’t sure what to do, as she wasn’t talking, which wasn’t a bad thing, it was kind of nice really. He was able to think for a tiny bit, that maybe just maybe, he and Erica could be friends, before her outburst of ‘No!’ jerked him from his thoughts.
Wolven bit back a sigh as he looked at her and listened to what she said. Good lord this person was very complicated… So very damn complicated, it was annoying just to be around her, but seeing her like that, in that depressed state, made him want to he wasn’t quite sure what it made him want to do, but he felt bad, no he didn’t pity her, that would be degrading not only to her, but to himself as well.
He sighed. “That is so true…” He said in agreement with her statement about them not being the kind to socialize. He wasn’t sure what had made him do what he did, but he didn’t really think about it right then and there. Mainly because he found himself walking over to her, and flopping down beside her, keeping a good distance away so he wasn’t invading her personal space. He pulled out his hands from his pockets of his robes and put his hands behind his hand and looked up at the sky. He turned to look at her, before he gave her one of his kinder wolfish smirks. “A loner and nutter, huh? We’d make an interesting duo, as friends I mean, obviously.” He said as he waited calmly for her response. He didn’t really know why he had said that…. It had been instinct really, because he really did think they’d be interesting friends for each other to have.

Erica sat curled up as best as she could on the night ground. Thinking that maybe, if she could squeeze up tight enough, she would be able to disappear. Unfortunately, that would violate all sorts of wizarding and muggle laws, she was sure on that. Figuring out that, that would be too much of a risk with the ministry, she pulled her cloak around her, trying to block herself as best as she could from him. 'I'm probably the most annoying person in the world to him.' she thought. 'I'm annoying to myself.'
She heard him sit down near her, and wondered if maybe she was right. 'But, then why would he sit down next to me? Pity?' that was the last thing she ever wanted from somebody. She kept wondering on this, closing her eyes and listening to the silence of the night around her, only to be disturbed by Wolven's voice.
Her eyes flew open at the word 'friends', "You'd want to be friends with someone like me?" she shuffled a bit underneath the cloak. "I'm annoying, egotistical, depressed, and let's not forget what I've already mentioned, I'm a nutter." she grimaced. "I'm surprised St. Mungos hasn't come for me yet!" she chuckled. When her laughing died down she sighed, "You on the other hand seem to be a calm, intelligent, and nice person."

Wolven glanced at her from out of the corner of his eye. He closed his eyes and responded. “I’m not doing this out of pity. Besides who in the world wants to be pitted or shunned because of how they act? I certainly wouldn’t want to be.” He responded, giving her a tiny hint, a tiny speck of detail about his life outside of Hogwarts. He didn’t tell her anything of real importance, but it was to just leave her guessing about him a bit more. "Must I have a reason for wanting to be your friend? Not everyone has a reason for wanting to be a friend with someone. I've got no ulterior motives or hidden agendas. I just find you to be interesting and I think we've make good friends." He responded calmly, as he opened one eye to look at her still cloak hidden form.
“You’re not annoying.” Was his first response to her accusations about herself. He really didn’t see her as annoying, she saw her as someone who was very in control of everything she did. Egotistical; Yeah he’d give her that one, because she was one of those kinds of people, and that was just fine with him. He didn’t really see how she was depressed but he didn’t comment on that, in fact he ignored it. “I’ve had to deal with annoying people. You are not one of those annoying people. And you do have an ego, but everyone’s got an ego, big or small. Hell even I’ve got one, but I hide it very well.” He said with a small smile.
He raised an eyebrow at her accusations on him; they were spot on… to a scary degree. “I’ll agree with you there. I am an intelligent person, but I am not calm or nice, at least not most of the time. I’m distrusting, distant, and a freak.” He said with a small shake of his head. He waited for her responses, to either ask him a question or disagree with him.

She shuffled around again under the cloak, "A lot of people think I'm annoying." she began, "Mostly because of the way I act towards people, or the fact that I don't like to keep up on anything popular." she shifted again, knocking the cloak off of her. "Just because I like peace and like to keep to myself." she sighed and looked up at the night sky.
"I can see the distant." she said in reply. "You've already stated you aren't a people person. It's easily seen." she unwrapped her arms from her legs and stretched them out on the grass. "I don't get the distrusting. Although, I haven't really talked to you much, to find that out." she absentmindedly started picking pieces of grass and tossing them aside. "Distrusting as in telling things you shouldn't? Or hiding something?" she questioned, and then quickly shook her head. "That's none of my business as well." she stared down at the grass she was picking. "I have a habit of asking things that aren't my business."
"But to me, you don't seem like a freak in the least bit. Although, once again, I have barely talked to you or been around you, so I can't justify that with any sort of evidence." she stopped picking grass and propped her arms behind her and leaned back on them, and stared up at the sky some more.

Wolven looked at her with an even gaze. “You’ll have to forgive me, but I can see the reason why people don’t want to be your friend.” He answered with a shrug of his shoulders. He gave the girl a smirk. “But than again. I’m not like most people.” Wolven responded with his simple but true statement. Wolven couldn’t help snorting at the next comment on why she didn’t have many friends. “Who gives a shit about things that are popular… What’s the point of being popular or intune with things that are popular?” He said with a roll of his eyes. “There isn’t anything wrong with that.” He agreed as he shook his head and closed his eyes once more.
The werewolf sent her a small glare. “Something you’ll have to find out for yourself. Good luck with trying to find out.” He responded as he raised his hand and covered his mouth with his hand, as a yawn made itself known. Wolven shrugged his shoulders. “You’ll find out sooner or later. And personally I hope it’s later than sooner.” He said with a small smirk.
Wolven looked up at the sky and sighed. “As much as I hate to say this, but I think we must end our conversation, as it is getting pretty late and we’ve got classes tomorrow, so I guess I’ll see you in class tomorrow than or around the common room if we get up at the same time.” He said his voice holding a hint of kindness, as he flashed a small smile at his fellow Gryffindor. Wolven sat up and stood up, stretching his arms above his head, allowing his bones to pop. He bent down and picked up her cloak and then held out his hand for her to take, so he could help her up from the grass.

"Yes, it is getting late." she said, just now acknowledging the time of evening it must really be. "I've got double Potions tomorrow!" she suddenly remembered. "And, I'm completely forgotten the essay that was due tomorrow in Divination!" she put her hand to her forehead and shook her head. "I swear. Falling asleep in that class doesn't help me at all." she laughed.
She watched as he took her cloak from the ground, and the held out his hand. "Ah, thanks." she said with a sliver of a smile as she took his hand, and pulled herself up from the ground. She brushed the few pieces of grass that she plucked from the ground off of her clothes.
"So, you can tell why people don't want to be my friend, right?" she looked up into face. "What do you think the reason is?" she hopped from foot to foot. 'I know it's because, I'm annoying. It's obvious.' she mentally answered herself. 'There's no other reason why, I don't think.' she pondered.

Wolven nodded to what she had said. Although he couldn’t help smirking when she started moaning and complaining about forgetting to do her homework. “Example A; why I get my homework done before it gets dark.” He couldn’t help responding. He looked at her calmly. “You sleep in that class? I know it’s boring but falling sleep isn’t a great idea.” He said as he shook his head and sighed softly to himself. “If you want. I can help you in Potions if you don’t mind pairing up with me.” He offered with a simple shrug of his shoulders. OK pairing up with someone during potions or anyone of his classes, wasn’t something he did on freewill alone, usually they were paired up or he would pair up with lazy people and simply do all the work himself, or he would simply work alone.
Wolven helped her to her feet and let go of her hand and stuffed his left hand into his pocket, his left hand wrapping around the vile just to make sure that it was still there. He simply held out her cloak to her to take. “You’re welcome.” He said automaticly at her thanking him. At her question he gave her a strange look. “People find you annoying, that’s the only reason I can see right now, and as I said a few minutes ago. I don’t find you annoying.” He responded with a shrug of his left shoulder.
