Anything you would like to suggest?

The 'Personal Text' under the Avatar section in everyone's profile could be used to reflect what Year the student is in - for professors, what subject they teach. I get very confused when reading people's posts and I don't know what year they are in, but knowing the House. Maybe its just because I've haven't been on here long enough, but it would be helpful as you get more members, and new members.

Hmm, you're right. Sometimes I don't think about these problems since I organized the characters in all their lists and stuff, so I'm just used to everyone. I'll change mine for my characters and maybe post an announcement for this, because most people don't use the personal text feature anyway, yet.

If I may suggest--- I've alwasy found it easier to maneuver through characters when the accepted apps are organized by house, or by professor in that case. Maybe we could divide the apps into sub-folders accordingly?

It's funny that you said that, I've been planning on doing that for a couple days but I've been too lazy xD I'll do it today.

New topic! I was browsing through the things that were unread today, and I found the "Post your icon here" thread, or whatever its called.
Would it be better to most the thread to the Claims Board, since it's one of those things you (as a character) should really want and need to do?
That, and we might want a Special Abilities/Features/Characteristic/Trait/Attribute/Aspect claims thread? Not really so much of a claim that no one else can have it, but just a list so that it would be easy to identify a major thing about a character?
Such as Aisu's blind-ness, Albus' Parseltongue (though only after the public finds out, I'm assuming the traits would be known to everyone else), etc?
Though Apparation license, animagi license, and Seers (e.g. Emilia) would be more Ability as well as Al's Parseltongue.
Does this seem like a quick reference list? xDD
But then, would Quidditch positions and Head Students and Prefects go under "Claims" as well? Hmmm....
Later:
I was almost going to double post, before I remembered I could modify this post. O_O;; Cyn is being silly. Anyways, continuing:
And Character Requests can go under the Applying category (so guests can see what we might need so they get interaction, I don't know), and then the Claims can go under the Character Development Category, and then the Sign-Up Category is gone OH WHAT AM I DOING?!?!
That's only if the Quidditch and the Student positions move to become subboards under Claims.
and then I just remembered that you're not here to listen to me ramble. SORRY JEN.
Later, again:
Right, straight to it. The Communications Board? I find that more suited for the "Wizarding World" category, than under "Character Development". Is a reason needed for this?
Should I be posting this in the Staff Room? (but then you might not see it in the Staff Room, since its weird like that. And then no one else could share their opinion. Okay.)

Ohhh Cyn, hahaha. All this stuff is fine, I've been trying to reorganize stuff lately but I've been busy. I didn't want the Charrie Development board to be huge because i think it makes things look cluttered, but putting the Quidditch stuff under claims would be a good idea.
I'll try to work on this stuff over the next few days, but this week is super super crazy for me, so if you could help me out with this, that would be awesome.

OMG JEN YOU'RE BACK!!!!
Do tell me (through here or a PM) what you would like me to do. I don't have any predictions of busy-ness for this week yet, so it will have to be a moderate to low amount.
I don't like procrastination, but I do it anyways. xD

Wouldn't that go under friendship/romance?
Or do I totally not understand what you mean by "Bromance"? xDD I don't think I do.
('S just that the sidebar is already pretty long. Meh.)

I guess...but it's like a super amazing friendship. 8) Bwahaha, we'll save the sidebar and have an unofficial minipoll on the cbox then.

Bromance is different than romance and it's better than friendship. It's like the best combination of the best of both. It's complicated love and affection between two males, and purer than any romantic relationship... Gotta love 'em.
However, I really think it fits under the friendship category. xD

Shaun, have I mentioned recently that you are my favorite person in the entire universe? Okay, amazing examples of bromances: Mark & Roger from "Rent" (<3) Kris Allen & Adam Lambert House & Wilson Starsky & Hutch...etc., etc.
I do agree, but in my mind, it's so much more then friendship. Just putting that out there.

Mark and Roger = total bromance! I LOVE IT. The bro hug at the end of "What You Own" (in the movie version) is the best thing ever shown on a large or small screen. So much brolove there.

Anyway, back to suggestions: Should we start having activity checks or something? Just to see who's returning and who's gone for good? Because I haven't seen a lot of people lately but I don't know if they're returning. It's not really pertinent right now, but it would be nice to know
